Band adjustment is available free of charge.

Please specify the desired band length when purchasing.
The procedure is as follows.

STEP 01

Measure your arm circumference with a tape measure

As for the circumference of your wrist, wrap the tape measure around the place where you wear the watch without slack, and let us know the length (circumference of your wrist).
*Even a difference of 0.5 cm will result in a different fit.

When adjusting the arm circumference, we will adjust the size given by the customer with a little extra. * If it fits snugly around your arm, it may put stress on the fasteners such as buckles and cause malfunction.

*Be sure to print out at the actual size before using.

STEP 02

Fill in the size on the order form when purchasing

product order

Please fill in the band adjustment column in the order remarks during the ordering process.
If there is no entry, it will be considered as "no adjustment" and we will not contact you again for confirmation.
Please contact us if you need to add frames to the metal band.
(Delivery is normally 2 weeks. Some items may require a separate frame fee.)

STEP 03

AiIsuzu staff will coordinate

adjustment

A watch shop professional will adjust it with a special tool.
Please feel free to leave it to us.
We will adjust carefully and carefully so that the watch is not scratched in a clean place where dust does not enter.

Notes on sizing service

Once the size has been adjusted, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges.

Size adjustment is only for metal bands.
Depending on the product, the frame size may not be the size you specified.
In that case, we will adjust it slightly larger.
After the product arrives, if the adjustment does not fit, you can return it and it can be adjusted again.
However, in that case, the return cost will be borne by the customer.
Customers are responsible for the cost of readjustment at other stores.

Since the size is not actually adjusted at the store, we will adjust it to the size you want as much as possible.

In addition, we do not recommend that you adjust the band yourself. A "screw-stopper" is used on new bands, and the screws are often hard. (*Screw-stopper is an adhesive that prevents metal screws from loosening.) If you try to force a hard screw, you may run into problems such as crushing the screw threads. Thank you. We recommend that you consult with a watch shop professional staff or a watch repair specialist.
