Introducing the MTG-B2000, which has achieved an evolution in metal design and weight reduction by adopting a new shock-resistant structure.
In this model, in addition to metal and resin, carbon materials are used to protect the module with an integrated carbon monocoque case, and a newly developed "dual core guard structure" is covered with metal parts on the outside. Pursuing a more impact-resistant structure.
In addition, for the band structure of MTG-B2000BD/B2000D, by newly adopting a "new layer composite band" that incorporates fine resin parts into a hollow solid piece, while improving the metal texture, it is different from the existing model. Successfully reduced weight by 15%. Furthermore, by installing a slide lever structure on the metal frame, it has a new design that allows band replacement.

g-shockについて
G-SHOCK, a wristwatch released by Casio Computer in 1983. It was born when an employee who would later be in charge of designing dropped a watch and broke it. The team named "PROJECT TEAM Tough" created the world's first shock resistant function and succeeded in developing a wristwatch that is still popular around the world.
