STEP 1Inquiry Consultation

Please contact us using the inquiry form or by phone.
When contacting us, please let us know the current state of the watch as much as possible. (Manufacturer, brand, model name, repair part, etc.) We will answer the estimated repair cost and period.

STEP 2 Mail the clock

Please send us the watch you wish to have repaired.
When shipping, please pack it securely with cushioning material such as air packing, and send it as prepaid and valuables by Sagawa Express, Yamato Transport, Yu-Pack, etc.

* Please refrain from using non-standard-size mail, EXPACK500, or mail delivery, as they cannot be guaranteed in the event of an accident (damage, loss, etc.) during transportation.

STEP 3Repair quote

An estimate will be provided within 7 days after the watch arrives at our company, and within 2-3 weeks for repairs by the manufacturer. Please consider it and reply whether you will repair it or not. Please note that if the repair is not carried out, the product will be returned to you by cash on delivery.
*In case of repair cancellation, a separate cancellation fee will be charged.

STEP 4Clock repair

Skilled craftsmen will repair your watch both at the store and at the manufacturer. Please feel free to contact us for information on the progress of the work.

STEP 5 Payment of repair costs

Payment method is bank transfer only. Once payment has been confirmed, we will ship the repaired watch.

STEP 6Delivery _

Once payment is confirmed and repairs have been completed, the product will be delivered to the specified address. Please rest assured that it will be securely packed and mailed by Yamato Transport.
