This year marks the 15th anniversary of the long-selling series "Engineer Hydrocarbon", which first appeared in 2004.



A flagship series that makes full use of technology developed and researched by BALL Watch. Visibility has been achieved. It has the latest high specs and a fresh retro impression that allows you to enjoy the "unique" ball watch.








The first thing to notice is the two-layered dial. A self-luminous micro gaslight is incorporated in the lower layer, and the upper layer is layered like a sandwich with a hole in the index section. As a result, the shape of the micro-gaslight on the dial becomes free, and dot and triangle indexes are possible as in this work.







In addition, the position of the micro gas light is recessed, making the light emitting point clearer and more visible, and the contrast with the brushed black dial is beautiful. There are 12 micro gaslights on the dial, and a total of 15, including the hour, minute, and second hands.

Equipped with a patented technology "Spring Lock Earthquake Resistance System" as a mechanism to increase impact resistance. It also has a patented "spring seal earthquake resistance system", which holds down and fixes the speed needle that finely adjusts the delay and advance of the clock with a special plate. As for the impact resistance of the watch itself, it has been tested to exceed the international standard ISO1413 shock resistant wristwatch items, guaranteeing the highest level of mechanical watch shock resistance specs of 7,500 Gs.

As for magnetism, it has a magnetic resistance spec of 80,000A/m by equipping it with a movement holder and inner case made by Mu Metal.
