Do you know Lafon near Chaillot Palace in France? When you go to Paris, it is a shop that you definitely want to see.
Today we would like to introduce glasses made by such a long-established “lafont”.
The history of Lafon dates back to 1923 when founder Louis Lafon opened the Lafon boutique in the Madeleine neighborhood of Paris.
The young Philippe Lafon, who would later become the third generation, and his wife Laurence announced their first original collection during the era of Jean Lafon, the second generation.
A unique taste rooted in the Parisian “art de vivre” (a comfortable lifestyle based on French philosophy and aesthetics) was born. The sophisticated design and color sense of the Parisian taste, which was released from the rich talent of Laurence, who was a textile designer, quickly gained high praise from all over the world.
In 2012, Lawrence passed away, and his son Thomas, who was an assistant by her side, became the fourth generation.
As the chief designer, he inherits the DNA and presents collections with an unchanging view of the world.
Lafont has several lines, among which the reedition is a classic style that is always popular in Europe, especially in France.
