[Breitling] Old logo Navitimer actual machine review !!

Hello everyone, this is Fukushima from Breitling Boutique Takamatsu.

This is sudden, but do you know what the current Navitimer logo looks like?

The Navitimer now uses the International Association of Owners and Pilots (AOPA) logo instead of the B logo.

* AOPA is the world's largest pilot's club and a venerable pilot's association whose members include almost all aviators in the United States.

AOPA logo featuring a design like a feather mark on a shield

However, Breitling Boutique Takamatsu currently has a Navitimer with a different logo besides this AOPA logo.

This time, we would like to introduce such a special watch.

Navitimer B01 Chronograph 43 Japan Limited

Product number: AB0121A11B1A1

Self-winding: Caliber Breitling 01

Case diameter: 43mm

Water resistance: 3 ATM
¥1,215,500- (including 10% consumption tax) *As of April 22, 2023

In 2018, the Breitling logo changed from the wing logo to the B logo. (Currently Navitimer is AOPA logo)

However, the wing logo was still very popular in Japan, so the model was reprinted as a limited model in Japan. Even now that this watch has been discontinued due to its cool logo, there is no end to customers looking for this watch!

The wing logo has a metal logo inlaid specification and a printed specification, but this is a printed wing logo, so you can see the details of the wing feathers.

Known to those in the know, this wing logo was the catalyst for building an era of Breitling!

Navitimers with this logo are no longer in production, so it's safe to say that it's pretty rare to find one in stores.

Digression: The logo is characterized by wings, but it seems that the anchor ⚓ stuck in the B mark symbolizes the sea. The goal of conquering the land, sea, and air has not changed consistently since long ago.

I also compared it with the current Navitimer (Japanese limited white MOP model)!

After all, even though it is a model that has been around for 70 years, when I compare it like this, I thought again that small changes have been added.

Both are still cool

The representative Navitimer that has built up Breitling so far, this model may be the last to be seen .
